Error 404 when launching Plex media server webapp

Hiya getting a 404 error when accessing plex media server on the actual windows pc itself since the last upgrade. The logs show a stream of warnings like:

WARN - Warning: ex: boost::filesystem::last_write_time: The system cannot find the file specified [system:2]: “C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Plug-ins-cb3ebc72d”, couldn’t check file: “C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Plug-ins-cb3ebc72d”

That folder path does not exist, or rather it does with a different suffix Plug-ins-f737b826c instead of the one in the warning. Any ideas on how to resolve please?

Any security tools like defender which might feel that plugin is evil and quarantine it?

Thanks for the tip. Can’t see anything in quarantine. Firewall already has a rule for Plex but even if it is disabled I get the same error. Same if I use my ip address instead of the loopback address
