Error casting from Android phone to Chromecast "Unable to play content"

Player Version#: Not sure, not mine

Plex Pass account trying to cast from the Plex Android app for mobile to a Chromecast. The error is “Unable to play content. Playing this content is not currently supported when connected to a remote player. Would you like to disconnect and play on this device instead?” I can’t find anything in the server logs relating to this error. Any idea what might be causing this please?
