Error h4 Not Supported trying to play file

I am trying to play a file I ripped to h265 and I get the error: h4 not supported

What does this mean?

Also, here is the info from LG’s website for the OLED C9 model (most recent model)

ULTRA HD Video [For ULTRA HD model only]
H.264 1920x1080@60P 4096x2160@30P BP/MP/HP@L5.1 50Mbps
HEVC 4096x2160@60P MP@L5.1, Main10 Profile@L5.1 50Mbps

So that SHOULD play an x265/HEVC @10bit

WHY am I getting this error? (On a 4K FireStick I just get the endless circle spinning, no error)
