Error launching Plex on ReadyNAS 214

I successfully installed the above server on to my ReadyNAS 214 running firmware version 6.10.3.
When I try to launch the app I get directed to https://[nasname]:32400/web where I see “This site can’t be reached [nasname] refused to connect”.
I have been through this with Netgear support but they have no answers. My searches on the web seem to be taking me down dead-ends. Anyone got any ideas please.

Do yourself a favor…don’t run Plex on the 214. I’ve tried and each time I updated it I could not get it to STOP. Not even via putty. I’ve posted a couple of times about this here and at Netgear’s forums. I got no answer or assistance from either this or Netgear’s forum. I finally just installed it on a Dell XT3 laptop and Windows. No problems since. It’s not worth the fight when you get no support here or from Netgear and you can bet I’ll never buy any more Netgear product!
