I had some issues with my Ausutor AS5304T and I finally got them resolved and now I’m running into issues with accessing my files on any player. After the issues were resolved, I uploaded more files into my NAS and updated the Plex app on my NAS, and now it no longer connects. I tried to install an earlier version on the app and the NAS software won’t let me, telling me I have the latest version installed.
The Plex player seems to be able to see the folders but cannot access any files to play. I’ve opened the ports manually on my AT&T Nokia BGW320-505 router and still can’t access my server.
I’m at complete loss when it comes to networking, so I’m really struggling to fix this.
