Error message regarding OpenGL 2.0 Driver

Plex kills power of my system. I cannot use plex anymore. please fix.

I only installed plexmediaserver for this to happen. Not even plex for windows…

I’d like to contribute my report that I believe is related to this particular issue. I managed to recreate this problem (error 4294967279) by deliberately trying to transcode a 4K HDR movie. The movie plays fine when using Direct Play, but when forcing a transcode by selecting a quality lower than the movie’s bitrate, hardware transcoding is engaged on the server but the movie does not play. For a few minutes, I’m looking at a black screen, and then the error occurs that provided the error number. That is what lead me to this thread.
Note: this does not occur with 4K SDR movies. 4K HDR movies play successfully using Direct Play.

I will provide a bit more information about my server that is doing the transcoding, in case it is relevant. It is an i5-11500 without a GPU - I am leveraging Intel QuickSync. Plex Media Server is running in a Docker container (the official plexinc image) on Unraid 6.9.2
I can confirm that in all other scenarios, hardware transcoding appears to be working successfully.

I hope this is useful.
