Hello all,
I’ve been getting this error whenever I try to play one specific show on shuffle, either from the library or a created playlist. It’s only this one show and only on my Fire TV 4K. It works on my Fire Stick in another room. Same network, same plex media server.
I’ve tried uninstalling, clearing data and cache as well as removing and re-adding the media to and from the external device.
I am able to watch a full episode but when it goes to go to the next episode, I get this error. I can hit shuffle again and it will successfully give me a random episode but I get this error every time it tries to play the next episode.
I like to leave a playlist going when trying to sleep and haven’t been able to use this show successfully, but that’s not the concern, just more of a mild annoyance and can’t seem to find a fix for it.
