Error playing media and adding new media after 1.18

Server Version#: 1.18.3.2156
Player Version#: on Apple TV

I can not use PLEX anymore after 1.18 update. I update it on my Synology, already updated all 1.18 versions (now I have 1.18.3)

but still have theese errors:

  • Plex on Synology/Apple TV does not add new movies (even that I scanned library many times) - I have also plex on PC and it works correctly
  • Plex on Synology/Apple TV can not play media, I got error - “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error”

May I see the ZIP of the log files please?

Is this correct pls ? I have never send them at all Plex Media Server Logs_2019-12-24_21-09-00.zip (3.2 MB)

Those are correct. Thank you.

Shows me plex cannot read your media shares on /volume1 and /volume2

If you previously had an older version, this might explain it.
