I transferred all my movies to a new hard drive and I got this error s1001. I tried everything and nothing worked. I got plex pass (if that means anything) but I don’t know what to do next.
I also have started to receive this error message on 4 HDDs. Weirdly, this 4 hard drives are connected to a PCIe card. Everything was working fine until yesterday. I am able to play the media with VLC, but not Plex.
