Hi, i searched among other topics but i didn’t find any solution for my issue.
Starting from server version 1.15 i couldn’t play any files.mkv from my NAS Synology DS418play, i waited for new updates, i installed them but the issue persists. I can’t watch video from any devices (PC Windows, Macbook, smartphone, via broser web), they fail to stream video with this error label “playing error - please check file exists or needed unit is connected”. My media server is flagged in green on all my devices.
