I’ve had Plex for a long time and use it remotely. Ever since the power and internet was down for days because of a storm I get an error saying it cannot play media. It plays within the network and it is connected to the internet. I’ve searched and con not find a reasonable explanation of how to correct this. TIA
No Antivirus software, or VPN (WD MyCloud)
Yes static address and port forwarded, and the remote access is green.
I see my media, when I click it says Error, not able to play media.
The App works on my network,
I have not seen anything close to this kind of error while doing an internet search
