Hello,
I’m having issues playing media outside of my network. It’s been happening to all devices, Android, Roku, iOS, Applie TV.
I’ve received messages stating “An error occurred while attempted to play this video. Please check you connection and try again.” or “Playback was not possible: Not enough bandwidth for any playback of this item”
This issue only happened when I purchased Plex Pass. Everyone on my server was fine until then, so I’m unsure of how to get this fixed.
I’ve tried adding a path for a pre-roll, removing the path, I scanned every path, emptied trash, cleared bundles, rescan for metadata.
Can I get some assistance?
