When adding media from Tidal into a library, it on occasions will fail and repeated attempts are required.
The logs show this error when it fails to add the item:
Aug 12, 2023 11:30:21.962 [136318762593080] ERROR - [Req#47f76] downloadContainer: expected MediaContainer element, found Error

Aug 12, 2023 11:30:21.962 [136318689258296] ERROR - [Req#47f76] Subscription: Error refreshing sub: No container found
If you wait some time, and add it to library again then the item is added.
I presume this is a caching issue on music.provider.plex.tv: where the metadata isn’t present at time of the initial request and it is refreshing it between then and the re-addition.
This issue is that the client(s) do not attempt to add the item when the metadata on music.provider.plex.tv is present, rather it requires manual input again by the user. It becomes tedious having to to check every single time that the item has been added or not.
I’ve attached a debug level log of the same behavior but with a different item.: plex.log (230.3 KB)
