Hi. Long time user of Plex. Just set up DVR for the first time. I successfully recorded (part of) a show. I deleted the source file of the show as it was just a test. Now whenever I try to record (click on the record button), I get the screen with “There was an unexpected error”.
I don’t even get the intermediate screen where it asks where I would like to store the show, how many I want to record etc. I’ve tried restarting PMS on the server. I’ve tried rebooting the server itself. I’ve tried removing and adding back in my DVR.
I’ve searched the logs, but I haven’t found anything useful (mostly because I don’t know what to look for). I’m pretty stuck now, so any help would be very gratefully received!
EDIT: SOLVED. Turns out it was a browser issue. Closed and re-opened Chrome and it’s working again.
