"There was an unexpected error" when trying to record anything from web interface

I’m having an issue recording anything using the web interface. I have no problem tuning channels, but when attempting to record, I only get the following errors, “Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.” or “There was an unexpected error.” I have looked at the logs and nothing jumps out at me, but perhaps I’m looking at the wrong one?

I am able to schedule a recording via my Android phone which is good, but it’d be nice to have the web option since that’s how I normally interact with Plex.
