Planning a new DVR-recording using a web browser results in error-message

I m not able to use any web browser to plan a new recording with my DVR.
When I press the record button on a DVR movie or TV show, Plex shows the following error message:

„Something went wrong - An unexpected error occurred.“

It’s happening on all browsers and operating systems, local or remote.
Somehow - the newest Plex iOS-App or an older version of Plex Media Player for Mac is not affected yet and can still be used fine.

I have removed the DVR and reconfigured everything, but the error persists.
I don’t think that the type of DVR used is responsible. I tried a different kind of DVR but got the same results.

Main DVR: vuduo4kse
DVR used for testing: FRITZ!Box Cable / xteve
Plex Media Player App: 2.58.0.1076 macOS
Browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari

I’ve also had this issues for about a month, where using the web interface, I’m trying to record a show but am getting “Something went wrong” every time. But when recording shows from the latest iOS app or Android TV app, the scheduling of the recording works fine and the show is recorded.

So given all clients using the same Plex server… would seem to be a Web app bug only that is causing the “Something went wrong” error.

I’m using the following clients and servers:

  • Plex Server on Windows Version 1.28.2.6151

localhost or http://app.plex.tv/web . Both are working for me so you will need to provide logs.
