I keep getting an unknown error. I tried getting help when the forums were being moved. I am about to give up on PMS due to this. I also can watch live tv, pause live tv and rewind live tv.

Have you tried repairing the PMS installation? Also, what does the connection to the tuners say? Finally, to be certain, are you able to or not able to watch live tv?
I am able to watch live TV.
When I hit record when watching live TV.
I can pause and rewind TV while watching it.
I have reinstalled the docker. Updated to latest version.
Can you verify that the docker hosted pms can write to the library location? Looks to me like a permissions error…
I have doubled checked the permissions. PMS has R/W on all folders.

Bump How do I get help on this forum? This is showing really bad customer support from a company with such a large user base.
A week has gone by and I am still unable to record anything. Does this company even care about the people that pay for their product???
