If I click on record, recording priority, or modify recording from desktop tab it goes to “There was an unexpected error”… I can’t add new recordings or really do anything having to with recordings from the desktop anymore. Still able to change and add recording from my Fire TV Cube.
Change your password.
Sign out all devices during this.
Re-claim your server afterwards and sign in all clients anew.
I did this and it did not fix the issue
Did you sign out and back in the clients?
Perform a server reboot and let it sit a few minutes.
I am also currently experiencing this issue.
I’m unable to add new recordings or modify/delete existing recordings from plex in my web browser, but I can on my phone.
I have gone so far as to delete my DVR and recreate it.
I did both… still not working
- activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
- quit Plex Server
- wait 1 minute
- start Plex Server
- wait 2 minutes
- either refresh one movie or add one movie into your library
- wait 3 minutes
- fetch log files and attach them here
