Hi,
Today at a friends hose, during playing of a movie we had 2 times an Error where the movie stopped and we could only hit ‘Retry’ or ‘Go Home’.
We jumped back shortly before the “faulty scene” and the second time it played without problems.
I asked him for the logfile (though xbox app logging was not activated) and attatched it.
Can anyone tell me about the problem there might be ?
(The movie startet at ~ 21:20:00)
If I am not mistaken the the errors where roughly at 21:39:xx and 23:20:xx
The only thing that stands out at both those time periods is:
ERROR - Error writing media: 10054 - Eine vorhandene Verbindung wurde vom Remotehost geschlossen
Which basically means the Xbox reset the connection, but doesn’t actually tell us why. It looks like the file was Direct Playing the MKV. I have had the error screen popup on the start of playback for direct played MKV’s so I normally leave direct play turned off in my settings so the movies get remuxed out of the MKV container. (But I also don’t know if that is related to to the same you are seeing)
