Errors playing trailers

Player Version#: ATV 8.33(8039)

I an unable to play trailers manually or automatically before movies. I get an error in the app “Playback stopped. Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error” The following error shows in the console.

I can’t play trailers through web version either.

Couldn’t find the file to stream: /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plexmediaserver/binaries/Resources/Plug-ins-c0dd5a73e/WebClient.bundle/Contents/Resources/js/6006-6006-c4000f99099e28966eab-plex-4.123.2-9cc862d.js
