I have a Plex Pass and I’ve attempted to share my server with 3 people. The first person was able to accept it, the last two have not been able to. I’ve had them go through the email, via the automatic link as well as create an account and try to accept with no changes. Any insight into what I can do differently?

I appreciate your help. We’ve already worked through trying to accept in the their settings rather than just the email. Ad blockers turned off, plex.tv has been white listed, I’ve also had them try incognito as well. They’re still running into the same issue.
