Invite error

I keep getting an error on inviting someone to share my library. They click on the link to accept , within the email invite, but get this ,

“Hmm, an invite error…
Sorry, an error happened when accepting the invitation”

Any ideas please ?

Tell them to create a Plex account at plex.tv,
using the exact same email address you used to invite them
When they are finished with that, they can go here https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
and ‘accept’ the invitation
