Hmm, an invite error... Sorry an error happened when accpeting the inviation

Hello,

I have sent several invites to someone to access my Plex server and they keep receiving that error.
They verified they have created a Plex account and are able to access the free stuff but when they click on my link to accept the invite they keep getting the error message. I have less than 10 people accessing the server and even deleted an account thinking that may be the reason but he continues receoving the error. Please help.

If they already have an account tell them to go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing and accept the friend/share request there rather than link in email
