Every movie appear in the collection tab (not just movies that are actually in collections)

recently every movie in my movie library has started showing in my plex collection tab. This only occurs if i use (https://app.plex.tv) url. If i Use a local url (http://192.168.0.25:32400/web) the collections are normal as expected. (see the screenshots) I have tried resetting plex web to default with the restore to defaults button but it still does not fix the issue.

  1. open the hosted web app
  2. go to Settings > Plex Web > Debug
  3. click the red Restore Defaults button

Sorry… I should have read your post to the end.
On what browser are you experiencing this? Do you experience the same issue on a different browser?

i normally use firefox but let me check with other another browser. Thanks for the Idea

it seems to only be happening on firefox… when i use Chromium or Vivaldi (Linux) it works correctly

thanks tom80H, for the idea of using a different browser. I went into firefox and cleared the cookie and history for the plex.tv url and that seems to have fix the issue for now.
