Every so often, movies that have been on my server for years show up in "Recently Added in Movies"

this has been going on for some time now. I’m not changing anything within the library. Nothing has been moved or renamed. It feels random and its not the entire library.

If you store your media outside of the Plex server machine,
or if you allow your hard drives to “sleep” (i.e. spin down their platters) when idle
then you want to disable “empty trash automatically…” in the Plex settings.

Thank you - I will do that and see if it resolves the issue. My files are on a Synology NAS and Server is running on my Mac.
