I keep having to update my server with the newest version every once in awhile to make my movie show up even though my server is running fine and Plex app is enabled I have to reinstall the newest update and then boom they show again I don’t know why it’s doing this and there’s always I have a Plex pass and it’s always the newest version was only able to Plex passes to fix it please help this happened 3 updates ago and it happened to my parents my father-in-law and my brother-in-law and they all have a PR 4100 or a my cloud ultra X2 or ex 4100
Instead of updating, but in a extreme case did you try uninstall and reinstall?
Would that erase all my collections and all the other metadata
I updated to latest Plex update today 3/2/20 and now it just spins when you try to view any of my multimedia library…while web, podcast,tidal, news are fine. Looks like they changed library path.
Their web thing is having a problem again it keeps resetting my stuff and I have to switch to a different user then switch back from my library to be seen makes no sense it shows that my servers there but I can’t select them come on this is ridiculous
I am constantly getting a “not connected to Server” message and can’t access any of my library. Even though my setting are to automatically update and I have manually updated I am still getting this message.
It’s been going on for weeks now and I am coming to the end of my patience… can someone please help?
