Every week or 2 I lose my "Live TV & DVR" guide

Every week or 2, I go to “Live TV & DVR” only to have it say “Something went wrong”
I generally record CBS Mornings, so whatever happened took place overnight (probably during maintenance or downloading guide date).
I try to refresh the guide but this doesn’t fix anything.
My only solution has been to delete and re-create the DVR
There’s a lot of information in the logs so I don’t know what to look for. Any ideas?

Ok, so no responses on my post (somewhat disappointing) and even moving Plex to a different PC had the same problem. I think the problem was that the EPG was being updated (2-3AM) during the same time as the nightly maintenance (2-5AM).
These are the default times.
I moved the EPG update to 5-6AM and I haven’t had problems since then (fingers crossed).
