Exeception for 100 user sharing limit

Hi I was reading a forum How many maximum user account you can create on plex media server if i go premium. where a plex employee said their can be exceptions for the 100 user limit. My plex share is very active i have 1000+ and more litterally every day and people are wanting to be added but i cant because their is a limit. The server ussually has about 40+ streams active sometimes with more active everyday. Is it possible to have an exception?

This has been answered multiple times in the very thread you referenced. Starting a new thread doesn’t change the answer.

Regardless, we’ve made a decision about how many shares are allowed. We’ve also implemented a way for users to contact us and discuss possible exceptions (information on doing so is displayed if you hit the limit and try to add a new share).
