External srt files are no longer being listed in Plex

I have a couple of movies that have the .srt files with the same name as the movie, but instead “.mkv”, it shows “.nl.srt” and “.en.srt”.
The subtitles are also downloaded with Bazarr, so it can’t be a user error in naming the files.

Normally when I add the subtitles, they show up in Plex after a couple of seconds. I sometimes do a page refresh or I refresh the metadata, but they always show up in the list to choose from.

Now I have a couple of movies where I’m unable to get Plex to list the subtitles.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have local media assets enabled?

Yes, it is enabled.

I also have to say that the older movies that already have the subtitles listed, still have them.

Edit: Sorry. It seems that it wasn’t enabled for all movie agents! Thanks!
