I have set up Plex on an Nvidia Shield and have attached an external hard drive to the Nvidia Shield to store my recordings. However, even when I set up a library to write to the hard drive, when I try to record to it, it is not stored. I can only record to my Nvidia shield’s internal storage. Can anyone help with this?

Is it properly mounted? You can check this in the storage menu. What file system is it?
Thank you. That article helped me figure it out. I had to create a folder inside the Invidia Shield folder to write to.
