External TV won't connect but mobile app does

Player Version#: 5.44.6

I have a newish LG TV at my remote location that does not want to connect with the server I have. This is the native client for LG and not running thought a firestick.

The server is acceptable from my mobile on the same network.

There are no restrictions on the remote location for stream.

The server is configured for remote access as can access with my mobile.

I have tried resetting the app.

Enabled the verbose logging and there is only entries refreshing the connection and failing but with no meaningful information as to error type

Can anyone help on this as it’s driving me mad

Update.

To confirm my external IP is open on the correct port also.

I have manually added the external IP and port with same issue.
