Fail to play 1080p H264 4.0 High video

I have some video that I cannot play on Android (TV) app. Using plex-web they works.
All the videos that don’t work have the same resolution and encoding: 1080p H264 4.0 High.

720p videos with H264 4.0 High encoding works fine.
