Issues playing H.264 High 10 videos

I’m fairly new to Plex so apologies if this is a dumb question. I ran into a weird issue last night, whenever I try and play a H.264 High 10 video on my Amazon Fire Tv app or the Android version of Plex, I get a black screen but full audio for that video. However, these videos play fine on the iOS version of Plex and on my Roku Tv (and on the web client).

Something else I noticed is that everywhere except web, the video shows as “1080p (H.264)” instead of “1080p (H.264 High 10)”. I have another video where the same thing is happening (no video, just sound) that actually shows as a different resolution on mobile as well, 576p (H.264) on mobile and 480p (H.264 High 10) on web.

Here’s a link to the first video’s info: https://imgur.com/a/VYO6i2R.

Any help is appreciated!!

Because plex would rather fill their service with bloat that no one asked for than implement a fix as simple as recognizing which android devices don’t support h.264 high 10 and falling back to transcoding automatically on those–making me set the overall h.264 level to 2.0 and force 90% of my library to transcode instead.
