Which version of PMS are you running on your Syno (Settings > [Server Name] > General), and which exact version of the Plex app do you have installed on your FireTV? Is this one of the new models with Amazon‘s Vega OS?

Plex on Vega OS devices (Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Select)

Amazon recently announced their new Fire TV Stick 4K Select and will release it on October 15, 2025. This device runs their brand new Vega OS and requires a different client app than traditional Fire OS. Our current Fire TV app is not compatible with this new OS so we’ve been working with Amazon on supporting this platform.
