Hello again.
I am still having the same problem with the just release 1.40.3.8502 beta release of PMS. After downloading the release and clicking the install button the screen displays the “grab a cup of tea” page but about 10 seconds is “done”, but nothing is updated.
Again, the log shows an install failure:

I have plenty of memory and HD space availble during normal operation. the PC is only using about 13 of 32 GB normally. I’m hoping someone can help figure out what the problem is.
