Latest Upgrade Problem Trying To Upgrade To 1.13.2.5154

I have Plex installed on a dedicate machine, nothing else running on it, other the a couple of support programs to maintain the drives where the video and music files are kept. I tried to upgrade my current copy through the web-browser and it told me there was a problem and to do it manually, which I have done and gotten as error still The error states

"Plex Media Server
Setup Failed

One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the
issues and then retry the setup. For more information see the
log file.

0x80070570 - the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"

Plex plays fine with no issues. I can watch it from the browser or my TV using Firestick or from my phone with the Plex app. I can open the directory and move through it with no problems. I have listed the log below after my computer/plex information

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit - all current update
12 GB of RAM
OS and Plex Drive 250GB SSD with 50GB available.
Plex Version 1.13.0.5023

Tried with Anti-Virus on and off, but no difference.

Have run Chkdsk - found no issues
Have run SFC /scannow - found no issues
Have run DISM options to restore the Windows 10 health, with no problems found

The user account is the system administrator and I tried right clicking and running the exe file as an administrator as well.

Sounds like the download corrupted somehow. Have you tried a manual download from the website to and install rather than using the update feature inside PMS?

Alternatively delete the downloaded exe from C:\Users\Plex\Downloads\Plex-Media-Server-1.13.2.5154-fd05be322.exe then try again.

Must have been. This problem can be disregarded. I went to bed late last night, came back just a few minutes ago and did it again and this time it worked with no problem. This last time I did what I normally do and clicked the update option on the browser screen (which is how I had started originally yesterday), but what is funny, when I tried it yesterday, it never told me to be sure to have access to my Plex computer (since I run it as a headless server) and this time it did.

Thanks for the reply, now I know what I am looking at if it happens again and others can get a little insight as well.
