[False alarm] Edition names will not appear if they contain a single quote

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486 (on Ubuntu 20.04)
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.97.3 and Plex for Windows 1.60.1.3413-533a7645

A filename with this Edition tag will not show the Edition name in the Plex client.
Alien (1979) {edition-Director's Cut}.mkv

Remove the single quote ' from the Edition name, and it works.
Alien (1979) {edition-Directors Cut}.mkv

I would expect any character that is valid in the filename to be usable in Editions.

The possessive form Director's Cut is the correct one, and it’s a common movie term … so I think this is a bug worth fixing. Grammar matters!

Edit: Here’s it is on my Fire Stick 4K Max (current client):

Double checked this on my setup and it seems to be working ok for me (I’ve got a few Director's Cut or the Avatar Extended Collector's Edition in my library).

Is this missing for you in Plex Web or only in the windows client?

Thanks for the reply… Knowing it should work I took another look, and I think I figured it out.

In my example I was combining Versions and Editions – so the file I tested was in a subfolder within the Movie library.

When you do that, you need to put the Edition tag on the folder and the file, like:

/movies/Alien (1979) {edition-Director's Cut}/Alien (1979) {edition-Director's Cut}.mkv

(This document describes combining Editions and Versions.)

When I redid the Edition tags, it worked. Either there was some weird cache thing before, or more likely I simply made a typo somewhere–perhaps the Edition tags were mismatched.

Man, I was sure I caught a bug, hehe.
