Fast foward video

I am having issues when a fast foward from begging to end of movie in my atv3, it stucks and no video is running and sometime hangs up my plexconnect in pc

 

i am running plexconnect, atv3 and plex server latest builds or firmwares

 

I would appreciate some help

 

Also where can i configure the buffer for playing video? and what is the recommended way to configure it?

I have no such problems tbh. You should provide log from the server, but it sounds as your connection may not be fast enough, is any of the devices connected with (poor) wifi?
