A few years ago, Plex offered a streaming service that had most of the same channels that most ‘Live TV’ services like YouTube TV, Sling, and others offer today. I currently subscribe to Vidgo for my ‘Live TV’ service, and because they don’t currently have DVR capability or the ability to customize their guide, I use Channels Plus DVR system to get by these limitations. I use Channels DVR to record my ‘Live TV’ streaming channels, and to create customized channel guides.
Maybe Plex should look into partnering with Vidgo to provide a ‘Live TV’ streaming service like they did a few years ago. This would be a ‘win-win’ stations for both.
