On a PC i am able to jump forward and back (30s and 15s) through the right and left keys.
I would like to be able to:
1. Do the same with the Directional Pad keys on my controller
2. Bonus: I want to be able to configure how much I jump (forward or back)
Anything like this coming on the horizon?

I disagree, the bumpers do the skip chapter in the bluray app. These buttons map to buttons on the remote (specifically the Next and Previous chapter buttons). I don't have the media remote, but I do have a Harmony programmed to the Xbox One and it works in the Bluray app just fine.
