1. limit max Conncurrent connections.
2. limit max resolution.
3. limit max bandwidth.
4. ability to prioritize shared accounts

I would prefer "max concurrent connections", not "max devices". This way, if a user shares his account with another friend, he is shooting himself in the foot by locking himself out. This as a result of his friend that is being logged in and blocking the one connection he is entitled to.

I have one user with 5 streams at the moment :)
+1 to control the number of concurrent streams per user and any other fine tuning that can be added to help.
I have one friend who also runs his own plex server who gives out his own account relentlessly (to avoid the hassle of the plex account setup process in the pub using phones thing usually as he is evangelically preaching the joys of Plex and getting people to buy the app over a beer) but this has the knock on issue of his friends automatically having access to mine too which on rainy nights gets to the point where its oversubscribed and I have to start firewalling. I dont want to disable his access but if I could switch on 1 concurrent stream per user then he would quickly realise the error of his lazy ways when he gets a refusal message ("you have reached your maximum concurrent stream limit").. that would be very very cool indeed
I also have a friend who has so many devices it is unreal, he flits from one to the other like a hummingbird around flowers and causes multiple streams to be running as he flicks from NowTV to FireTV to iPad to AppleTV via plexconnect etc
It is a much needed option I think as policing it using firewalls especially with dynamic IP's is painful.

Just chiming in and bumping this with a HUGE +1
I would LOVE to be able to just limit my users to one stream as sometimes they share their passwords and overload my server for no reason.
Also, sometimes they’re just stupid and start a show on Chromecast then forget about it and move onto something else on a tablet meanwhile taking unnecessary bandwidth / cpu usage / electricity e.t.c.
PLEASE implement this simple feature. Thank you.
This feature is a must!!! I do not understand how sharing is implemented and no way to limit… they go hand in hand!!!
