I currently have 4 Xbox One's in my house, 1 in each of the kids rooms and 1 in the lounge room, As it stands they all currently use my login details which is the problem. I have setup my daughters and son with managed user accounts which restricts the movies and shows they can see, but when they use Plex for Xbox One there is no option to log them in so they see everything. Is there a way to use Managed Users on Xbox One? or is there any plans on doing this?
I’m assuming there will be more coming to xbox one in terms of managed users but there is a way to achieve what you want in the meantime. You’ll have to set your kids up with there own plex accounts (means setting them up with an email address if they haven’t already got one) then add them to your plex home. They will then be able to log in on to plex on the xbox as they will pick up your plex pass and will only see what you’ve shared with/allowed.

I don't mind this solution but how hard is it then to change accounts, to say I want to watch a movie in the kids room so I want to access my account?
Also now that I have set them all up how do I sign them out of my account on the Xbones?
Each plex account is effectively tied to a gamertag (if you try to log into plex on a different gamertag it will kick you out of the first one). All you need to do is add your gamertag (Microsoft account) to the xbones in your kids rooms (if you haven’t already) then sign into your plex account under your gamertag. Then when you want to switch you just sign in to your gamertag (as you probably know you can put a passkey on so the kids can’t access it) then fire up the plex app.
Just make your sure you quit the plex app before restarting it under your gamertag. If it’s already running it will just open up straight back into your kids plex account even after you switch to your gamertag.
With regards to signing them out of your plex account, I’m pretty sure there is an option to sign out when your in the home screen of the plex app. Just press the menu button (the one with three lines) on your controller/remote and I think there is a sign out option. I’m not home at the mo so can’t confirm for certain though. Worst case you could uninstall then reinstall the plex app as that should do it. Luckily there’s not really any settings to redo so that shouldn’t take too long.
Just to add that there is a potential issue with the above. Once you sign in to your gamertag on the xbone in your kids room, you will remain signed in until you sign out our the xbone is turned off. This means your kids could select your gamertag (without needing to enter the passkey) then access your plex account. You just need to ensure you either sign out of your gamertag or turn the console off when you’ve finished watching.
