Currently, if I’m editing a particularly long playlist, I have to move items around one at a time. This isn’t a problem in a lot of cases, but let’s say I’m trying to create a playlist with mixed TV episodes and Movies in some kind of order, and need to insert a season of TV up towards the top of the playlist. The current workflow means that I’d have to move each item individually to the top, which could be really time consuming, depending on the length of the playlist.
A better solution for this would be to allow users to select multiple items and move them all as a group. This would let me select all of the episodes of the TV series and move them around as a single unit, inserting them all at the top of the playlist together.
