Feature request Plexamp - First letter shortcuts in more views

Hi there!

Going to the Artist, Album or Tracks list from library view, a first letter shortcut is shown to the right of the screen. To be able to quickly jump to for example artists starting with Z without having to scroll all the way down.

I would really this first letter shortcut in more view. Specifically for browsing Record Label, which is a list that can grow significantly long.

unfortunately the server doesn’t provide the letter-indexing for those screens.

I would have thought that it was a client side thingy. But maybe there is lazy loading or similar involved when listing for example all record labels, which makes it harder.
