Feature request: Selective sharing with other users

I’d like to be able to share content from a Photo- and Videos Library with other users - the same way TV SHOWS and MOVIES are able to selective share stuff by signing a tag to the content and setting that tag on a user.

Yes, please. I am trying to share some photo’s with my daughter, but find even if I share the Photos album with her, she can’t download any photos … seems such a basic feature that is missing.

Any updates maybe? Or is there a workaround to this? I’d like to be able to select some content from Photo-Video library to share with other Plex users, but not all content…

There is a feature request for this. Plex Pass holders can add their vote by clicking ‘Like’ on the first message in that thread.

EDIT: Since changeover to Discourse forums, all members can now vote. A ‘Vote’ button can be found at the top of every thread in the Feature Request forum section.

+1 for picture sharing ! !!! , i pay for plex pass because i thinking “photo sharing” works like “movie sharing”.
