[Feature Request] Support DVR tunner with CI slot

I was considering setting up Live TV with Plex but in my region there is not much free OTA channels.
It would be nice to have at least one usb and pci tuner with CI slot supported by Plex.

Please add one DVR with CI, so that all users the require CI have an option.
