Is there a DVB-C tuner (Europe) that support CI+ that works with Plex DVR?
I’m looking for the same thing. Planning on using ComHem as provider, but the use encrypted CI+ modules.
If I understand it correctly CI+ encrypts the video all the way to the display so it wouldn’t be possible to use it with Plex (did some more research after opening this thread).
