I have added a few TV shows my Mac. However, they do not appear in my TV Toddler library. Going through the logs, I can see that they are being scanned and and an associated error

If you examine further, you will find other similar errors for similar files.

The files you’re downloading are not 100%. They are damaged. PMS is picking up on that and reporting. Playback will fail.
For some other episodes, file naming and organization might be the culprit.
It appears you’ve organized a few of the episodes ok (e…g Shaun the Sheep) while dumping some other files in a more unstructured way in your library folder.
Plex will probably not like Thomas.And.Friends.All.Engines.Go.S01.1080p.NF.WEBRip.DDP5.1.x264-LAZY as the top-level folder for a show.
Naming should look like this:
toddler
tv <- folder linked to your library
Thomas and Friends All Engines Go (2021) <- year is optional but might help matching
Season 01
Thomas and Friends All Engines Go (2021) - s01e01 - A Thomas Promise.ext
Thomas and Friends All Engines Go (2021) - s01e02.ext <- episode titles are optional / can be ignored
The was regarding [redacted] shows (sorry I should have been more explicit). Source is [redacted] (many more but the logs should reflect this one specifically) but it is region locked I suspect.
The video itself was either damaged by the uploader or damaged during download. There is no way to be certain.
If you have other files obtained with this method then the method is probably ok.
This leaves only the source file itself as the problem. You need to locate and procure from another source.
