I just added 7 files to a tv show folder and they are not getting picked up no matter what I do. 3 others in the same folder are showing up. This is the first I’ve seen of this problem.
Mind sharing some more details – e.g. how are those files named / organized?
Have you verified if the files might have been mismatched and recognized as duplicates of another episode? → you can e.g. verify this using the Duplicates filter for that tv-show library
Beyond that… there’s a number of common mistakes / conditions that can result in Plex not picking up new files
if this ever happens to me (rare) a quick restart of the server fixes it pretty quickly.
