Files not being indexed - The Fourth Estate

For some reason, Plex is not indexing The Fourth Estate. Do I have the name wrong?

Settings:

Current naming:
The Fourth Estate s01e01.mkv
…
…
The Fourth Estate s01e04.mkv

Agents:
Movies - Personal Media: Local, Plex Movie, Chine
Movies - Plex Movie: Local, Plex Movie, Cine
Movies - The Movie db: Local, The Movie db, Plex

Shows - Personal Media Shows: Personal, Local
Shows - The TVDB: Local, The TVDB, Plex, The Movie db
Shows - The Movie db: The Movie db, Local, TheTVDB

Look it up on TheTVDB. The name is correct:
https://www.thetvdb.com/series/the-fourth-estate

The file name is only half the success when it comes to tv shows.
Equally important is the folder structure where the files are situated.

If this was added initially with different file names, you need to clean out the mismatch from the Plex database by performing the Plex Dance

Updating the Library Scanner and Agent appears to have fixed the issue.
